The paper deals with public passenger transport economy. It introduces some results of solution in the area of traffic attendance standards determination in regions and refers to European recommendations. Accent is given to mass passenger transport policy. A draft of the financing change of loss connections in regular passenger transport is offered and a model of revenue dependency on the number of passengers is introduced. It is made from the grant project No. 103/04/0476 "Proposal of financing trafficattendance methodology", which is realized by financial support through the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic
