Article deals with the rating web sites combining of heuristic methods with means of numerice linear algebra. The first part deals with the oretical problems of measurement of web pages, which can be solid using anoriented graph and getan evaluation matrix. It describe show to convert this matrix to a Google matrix and earning vector rating web sites. To test these procedures was created a application in Visual Studio 2010 in VB.NET programming language.
