Exam of gearing for pitting
Original language description
The pitting is difficulty predictable malfunction of gear wheels. The pitting means, that the surface of teeth flank is fatigued. Wöhler curve allows to detect the emergence of the pitting of the gearwheels for certain load spectrum. The calculation is performed by software for a specific industry gearwheels. Testing was taken on laboratory equipment. The calculation and the exam are made for standard and HCR gearing. The work compares results.
