    Advanced variable pitch propulsion drive controller

  • Original language description

    This article describes behavior of variable pitch propulsion drive controller (VPPDC). This algorithm is applicable for multicopters with variable pitch drives installed. The VPPDC is an extension of standard propulsion drive witch improves its efficiency and extend the flight time. Algorithm is based on knowledge of accurate propeller and brush-less motor properties. Its structure is described in Simulink.
