Decision-making Models of MCA and Supporting Software for Electric Power Engineering
Original language description
The basic assumption for the operation of distribution systems of medium voltage (MV) and also of other voltage levels is to ensure reliable, safe and high-quality supplies of electrical energy. Investments into modern equipment for the automation of operation of distribution systems are one of important factors that fundamentally influence the reliability of supplies of electrical energy. Here, it is necessary to use as a basis the duration and the number of failure states, planned actions, repairs inthe framework of controlled maintenance plan and also building of new facilities. This article deals just with the influence of these modern elements on the operation of distribution lines of medium voltage. With respect to pricing of these elements it is necessary that they be implemented where they are required the most. Regarding possible solution to this problem, multi-criteria analysis (MCA) comes into question. The MCA8 software application is determined to the support of MCA.
