Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) are used for the evaluation of synchronous phasor. Features of the PMU are described in IEEEC37.118 standard. This document is focused on the description of communication with PMU and the accuracy of PMU measurement in steady state. Detailed description of the implementation phasor evaluation in the form of international standard hasn?t existed yet.
