Power Quality from the Perspective of Complaints on Supply of Electricity

Original language description

Electrification system is designed and operated for transfer of high outputs from the source of electric energy (power station). There are used transmission and distributive nets for transfer of electric energy, which are connected to power stations andto customers. Complaints on supplied electric energy are common problem for electric energy distributors. Distribution companies have to solve these complaints and remove development causes of wrong electric energy quality. It is necessary to track parameters of electric energy to decrease amount of complaints, because distribution companies have to find out the causes, evaluate them and fix it. Evaluating of parameters of electric energy quality is performed according European standard CSN EN50160 in Czech Republic.
