  • Original language description

    Paper deals with one of the possibility how the combination of Emag FEM and CFD analysis can be used for analysis of temperature rise of oil-cooled power transformer. Electromagnetic transient analysis is useful for estimation of total power losses inside of active parts (core and winding) of transformer. CFD analysis is used for solving of temperature distribution across all parts of transformer. Outputs of FEM and CFD analysis serve for comparison to theoretical assumptions used in design process.
