Employment of Dynamic Time Warping Method for Monitoring States in Smart Home
Original language description
In order to obtain information about the degree of statistical dependence between measured quantities in intelligent buildings, it is possible to employ the methods of correlation analysis. This article contains a description of optimized DTW (Dynamic Time Warping) method employment for determining the distances between vectors obtained from recorded behavior of non-electrical quantities in Smart Home. Components of BACnet technologies have been used for the heating, cooling and ventilation control. Components of KNX technologies have been used for lighting and venetian blinds control and for switching on and off of wall outlet circuits. The interoperability between BACnet and KNX technologies components has been ensured. The information obtained can be used for monitoring of life activities of house inhabitants or for optimization of control of operational and technical functions with the aim of reducing the operation costs of a building.
