Original language description
Many small photovoltaic power plants exists on the roofs of family houses in the Czech Republic. The power of such a power plants is up to 2kW. The state legislation for such a photovoltaic power plants emphasis on-site energy consumption by state paid so called green bonus. As a result of the green bonus state pays to power plant owner for energy consumed in-house 10 times more in comparison with energy supplied to the distribution grid. Described situation leads to high effort to consume as much energy as possible in-house and this is reached by using special device which switches quite fast big house appliances. This fast loads control brings fast changes in energy flow direction and this could lead to situation when electricity meter show no consumption or generation even there is energy flow. The paper describes such situation and methods for testing of electricity meters.
