Validation of Scrum Implementation with Knowledge Based Software Process Metamodel - Meta-modeling Support in Scrum Implementation

  • Original language description

With agile processes being more used in the practice, we ask if we can improve Scrum implementation quality in an organization with use of knowledge based software process meta-model without forcing any formal techniques in the adaptation phases of agile transformation. This is the question we would like to answer in this paper while focusing on the quality of the process without promoting any formal framework for process quality before we build the process itself. This paper discusses utilization of software process meta-model in adaptation techniques of Scrum process in software companies in order to provide better and easier improvement and knowledge-base support of such process [1, 16, 24, 27].
