    The report includes recommendations and concrete methodology for collaboration on skills agenda in the automotive-mobility ecosystem, or in any other. The methodology is based on the research focused on finding the most suitable ways of collaboration, which brings concrete results, actions and most importantly impact.The methodology includes agile way of collaboration, including top level steering via Topic Committees, and execution of operational activities via Working Groups and Task Forces.It was developed as a part of the project FLAMENCO (Forward Looking Approaches for Green Mobility Ecosystem Network Collaboration), which is an ERASMUS+ co-funded initiative aimed at analyzing and piloting sustainable collaboration methods for skills intelligence within the Automotive-Mobility Ecosystem. The project&apos;s primary objective is to support the implementation of the Pact for Skills large-scale partnership in this sector.The methodology is directly successfully piloted and used in the Pact for Skills Large-scale partnership – the Automotive Skills Alliance, which is recognised on the highest EU level, including Action Plan to drive innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness in the automotive sector and Union of Skills.
