    The reactive view was developed in the TRIREME ERASMUS+ Blueprint project, where 31 project partners across Europe collaborates on the skills intelligence, training courses creation and offer for the Automotive-Mobility Ecosystem.This view created in 2024, encompasses in-depth analysis of current trends shaping the automotive-mobility ecosystem, gathered via extensive desk research, workshops with stakeholders and survey.Key areas explored include:-Electrification: The shift towards electric vehicles and its implications on manufacturing and infrastructure.-Digitalization and Automation: The integration of digital technologies and automated systems in vehicles and mobility services.-Sustainability and Circular Economy: Adoption of sustainable practices and circular economy principles within the sector.-Regulatory Landscape: Overview of EU policies affecting the industry, focusing on climate neutrality, decarbonization, and resource efficiency.The reactive view also discusses the impact of these trends on skills requirements, emphasizing the need for upskilling and reskilling within the workforce.The project TRIREME is coordinated by Automotive Skills Alliance, the Pact for Skills Large-scale partnership, which is recognised on the highest EU level, including Action Plan to drive innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness in the automotive sector and in the Union of Skills.
