This contribution bases on the possibility of the liquidated mines underground spaces filling in as the way of elimination of ecological and safety risks connected with the underground spaces in the earth crust. The condition of these activities realization is their economic effectiveness. That's why, the attention is paid to the continuing costs connected with the mines liquidated during the mining coming to a close and technical liquidation of these mines and also the ways of the continuing costs decreasing.
