Original language description
The contribution deals with the ecological and safety risks of the underground coal mines closed among which the following ones belong: exit of the mine gases on the surface, failure of stability of the mine workings left in the underground,surface subsidence, effect of water in the underground spaces flooded. The stowing of vertical as well as horizontal mine workings by mixture of the industrial wastes processed as the preventionof these risks is mentioned. The contribution pays attention to the economic effectiveness of these activities realization.
