Original language description
When coal preparation, particulary suitable for coking created considerable amounts of sludge. Most of the technological operations is taking place in water environment. Raw sludge at a time when technology was not yet at such a high level as today and emergency overflows were deposited in tailing ponds. This is practiced on coal districts in the Czech Republic and Poland.
