Original language description
The article is concerned with one of the basic conditions for successful redevelopment, recovery and operation of brownfields - efficient human resources. Brownfields that want to operate and expand, to perform better than their present competitors and increase their business value have to attract, cultivate and maintain talented employees - they have to pay consideration to talent management. The article is aimed, on the basis of available theoretical information and the existing practical experience, at describing three specific processes of talents management, which are desirable for the fruitful use of talent, not only in the area of brownfields, but generally in all organizations that want to be competitive. These three talent management processes are identification, development and retention of talents. The output of the article is providing instructions how to manage talents that's mean to help operators of brownfields identify and retain highly talented employees, build on their strengths, reward their achievement, provide them with a possibility to make progress, and increase their total efficiency.
