Original language description
This article is dedicated to multiple-pass hot strip rolling simulation. Physical simulation of rolling was performed on our laboratory rolling mill TANDEM. Distribution of deformation field was detected by embedded pin method. Boundary and initial conditions (operation times, dwell times, revolutions of rolls, friction coefficient, heat transfer coefficient) were corrected following physical simulation results. Materials parameters of rolled specimen and rolls were taken from database of computer programme FormFEM for 2D simulation of forming processes
