Microstructure Stability of the Cast Ni-Superalloy.
Original language description
The contribution deals with the effect of thermal annealing on chemical and structural heterogeneity of a creep resistant Ni-based alloy. Measurement of the chemical microheterogeneity of elements was realized in as-cast state and after isothermal annealing at temperatures of 900, 1000 and 1100°C with annealing times in the range of 1 to 1005 hours. In the analyses of chemical microheterogeneity, an original method was applied and the concentrations of Si, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni and W were measured in 101 points of the structure. Then the indices of dendritic microheterogeneity IH and the effective partition coefficients kef were estimated. The redistribution of elements after isothermal annealing is discussed.
