    Structure, properties of ECAP deformed Cu and Ni-Ti shape memory alloy

    This paper was aimed at verification of functionally of the ECAP technology at extrusion of the copper and Ni-Ti alloys. Cross-section of original samples was 8x8mm and their length was 32mm. The samples of Cu were extruded at room temperature. For the samples of Ni-Ti alloys was used the two-stage pressing, when the samples were at temperature of approx. T1=520&#186;C and T2= 420&#186;C. In order to increase the concentration of deformation in volume of the samples, the samples were turned around theirlongitudinal axis by 90&#186; after individual passes and they were extruded again. Deformation forces were measured during extrusion, resistence to deformation was calculated and deformation speed was approximately determined. Analysis of structure wasmade by using of light microscopy.

    Tento článek se věnoval ověření funkčnosri ECAP technologie na protlačování mědi a Ni-Ti slitin. Průřez původních vzorků bzl 8x8mm a jejich délka byla 32mm. Vzorky mědi byly protlačovány při pokojové teplotě.Pro vzorky Ni-Ti slitin bylo použito dvoustupňového protlačování, kdy vzorky byly při teplotě asi T1=520&#186;C a T2=420&#186;C. Podle zvyšující se koncentrace deformace v celém vzorku, vzorky byly po individuálních průchodech pootočeny kolem osy o 90&#186; a znovu protlačeny . Deformační síly bylyměřeny během protlačování, odpor deformace byl počítán a deformační rychlost byla přibližně určena. Byla provedena analýza struktury s použitím světelného mikroskopu.
