Company Pilsen Steel is prepared in 2010 for general repair of press 100 MN. Of course world crisis due to maximum savings money in company. Its mean 75 % of all spear parts will be produced in Pilsen Steel. Bigger percentage from spear parts are castings (75 % part is more heavy like 220 ton liquid steel), but the other are forged parts which have final weight (after finishing machining) 105 ton. The columns material is 12020.5. This parts were forged in Pilsen Steel from 200 ton ingot which were bottom cast.
