Aplication of inorganic salts in foundry cores
Original language description
This research is focused on development of new manufacturing methods of water soluble salt cores with the aim to replace a high pressure squeezing method. The new technology has to keep high primary and secondary strength of cores, storability and excellent surface quality of cast holes without metal penetration, high water solubility of cores and recyclability of salt from salt solution.
