The Czech Republic facing with growing public debt and additional costs incurred through preparing the country for entrance to the EU, the government has embarked on a programme of reform in tax measures, pensions, social support. Such reform will have an impact on labour market, industrial relations and public administration as well.

Vláda proto uvádí v život program reforem daňového systému, důchodů, sociálních dávek apod. Taková reforma bude mít dopad na trh práce, podnikatelský sektor i veřejnou správu.
