Original language description
The transition to the postindustrialism and to the knowledge society has been interwoven with globalization processes. Global changes in organizations and work context have been identified. These changes radically influenced the traditional psychologicalcontract. New requirements placed upon employees are demanding: organizations require not only appropriate level of education, but also flexibility, adaptability, self-management, and so forth. Management has to be aware of the fact that employees can perceive such changes as a breach of psychological contract.
