The Knowledge Management Effectiveness Measurement Methodology: A Pilot Study Framework
Original language description
Knowledge management have been struggling with delivering quantified results of its performance and effectiveness. Expensive and time consuming projects of knowledge management implementation need to have clear and visible targets. Recent studies and researches suggest that there is an option. New approaches to evaluation of knowledge management performance are dealing with fuzzy mathematic models. They operate with language semantic and transfer it in to weights (numbers) and after that results are again translated into words. This paper presents current knowledge about the theme and drafts a pilot study framework as the starting point for further research.
