Managerial simulation game as a means of development of managers'competency knowledge
Original language description
Managerial simulators represent a model display of the real problems from routine work faced by company managers. Simulation itself however, cannot substitute practical procedures in decision-making, but allows to get knowledge from the basic relations among economic values and thus to develop knowledge competency of the recipient. This thesis has collected lessons-learned from managerial simulation game application in learning, providing brief characteristics of managers' knowledge competency and toolsof their development. Managerial simulation game is defined here as a tool for a development of knowledge competency of managers (students). As the next step, verification of how the students perceive the benefits of managerial simulations for their future study and practice is performed using a probe. Results have shown defined factors determining the development of knowledge competency if managerial simulations are applied.
