Age and Gender Distributions of Czech Cohesion Regions after 1990

Original language description

The article is deal with the differences of the age and gender distributions on the territory NUTS 2 in Czech Republic for the last twenty years. The spatial hierarchy of the Czech cohesion regions is completed about its eight spatial units. There are those cohesion regions (NUTS 2) in the Czech Republic. We are research their ageing process during last 18 years. The typology is given weigh of the children's and oldest component. Our principal main is to group the all eight cohesion regions on the Czechterritory to the different population ageing groups: gently ageing population, ageing population, old population and very old population.
