This article offers piece of knowledge about choice Japanese firms from KAIZEN Benchmarking Study Tour 2009, that the Global KAIZEN Institute yearly organizes for managers from all over the world. This benchmarking was concerned to Japanese firms that ispossible account as a firm world's classes: Toyota Motor Corp. - Tsutsumi Plant (Prius), Toyota Takahama Plant - Forklift, Panasonic Electric Works Denro, Tokai Shin, Mori Seiki, Nabeya Bi-tech, Mirai Industries, Seki Central Hospital. The eight Czech managers and next 12 foreign experts observed this Japanese firms. Like adverse party above - mentioned firms, was choice the Czech companies, where are also arrange Benchmark Study Tour. These are: IFE CZ (Knor - Bremse), SKODA Auto, AISAN Louny, IMI Norgren, Continental, MSA Dolni Benesov and Fosfa Breclav, which are supporting KAIZEN activities on their workplaces. It is possible tell, that they are the best Czech firm" in implementing some Kaizen methods.
