The paper deals with the expatriates in the Moravian-Silesian region in the Czech Republic. This is related to the issue of mutual cultural and economic diversification. The authors deal with the issue of qualified expatriates as a tool for increasing the potential competitiveness of the enterprise. The authors try to map corporate social conditions (employment, cultural, political, economic, etc.) by the pilot empirical research and the degree of adaptation to "new" home of expatriates.
