Original language description
An influence of visual presentation has been modelled and explained in a number of research studies. The aim of this paper is thus to analyse influence of online visual presentation of language schools` services and specific factors on decision-making process of consumers in case of online and offline purchase of services. Qualitative research results help explain how visual presentation itself and its attributes are perceived by consumers and how it effects their purchase behaviour in order to optimiseonline visual presentation of services.
