Dominant attribute of long term worldwide economy development is the globalization, which without a doubt, significantly influences the competition. Character of the 21st century and continuous changes, in micro and macro environment of the enterprise therefore create the necessity for the enterprises to continuously look for ways how to succeed on the market. This paper provides a comprehensive framework for the analysis and evaluation of various factors necessary for the enterprises expansion into another countries. In a highly globalized world the enterprises have branches or SBU?s in several countries in an effort to grow and widen their business units, they try to do business in new geographical places and they try to utilize business opportunities. The selection of the right market where the enterprise wants to offer their products and services is a demanding task since the individual has to consider and efficiently evaluate macro factors by utilizing PESTEL analysis.Strategic de
