Original language description
Main aim of this paper is to present a clear and comprehensive picture of the development of the crisis in the organization which will help to better understand the possible evolution of crisis in the organization. The graphical model of crisis development in the organization gives a detailed overview of the causal links in the dissemination of the crisis and variants of its developments in the organization. For a description of the sequence of individual steps and indication of their causation and possible variants of development a detailed flow diagram is used. For simplicity, the process of crisis is observed in four basic phases called: symptoms, diagnosis of the crisis, action and prevention.
