The Process of Crisis in the Organization
Original language description
Main aim of this paper is to present a clear and comprehensive picture of the process of the crisis in the organization which will help to better understand the possible development of crisis in the organization. For a description of the sequence of individual steps and indication of their causation and possible variants of development a detailed flow diagram with verbal comment is applied. For simplicity, the process of crisis is observed in four basic phases called: symptoms of the crisis, diagnosis, action and prevention. The model highlights the complexity of the phenomenon of crisis and that the various phases of crisis are interweaving.
