Competency model of crisis manager.
Original language description
The paper presents a model of crisis manager competencies. It was created in cooperation with the owners of small businesses. Based on brainwriting the competencies required for a crisis manager were generated. Decision-making method AHP was used for competencies decomposition into two levels. Saaty's method was used for quantitative pairwise comparisons. Also close relationship between crisis and strategic management is emphasized. Created competency model can become a practi-cal tool for the managers.
