Currently it is very difficult for every company to succeed at the market and to sustain the competition. The competition is bigger, more aggressive and the environment is going through constant changes, which are happening more often; they are more vigorous and are mostly unpredictable. In order that the company is able to realize the strategy it must have the information about the environment in which it does business, it must have the information about the competition and last but not least it must know about their options, strengths and weaknesses. All of this necessary information about internal and external environment can be found out by strategic analysis. Main aim of the paper is to improve strategic analysis of organization's macroenvironmentby utilizing the multicriterial methods.
