Human resource management is an activity that not only deals with the assessment of professional competence of personnel in the organization, but also an activity which targets the overall development and increase the efficiency of processes within an organization. On the basis of the evaluation of individual employees' activities with respect to the share of value-added of process can be recommend changes in working practices and employee structure. The article deals with the possibility of using the results of modeling and simulation of processes in the field of human resources management. On the quality of decisions in this area has the significant influence the level of detail of process maps, determination of process metrics and individual activities. The powerful tool for analyzing the impact of changes in human resource management are software tools that allow not only the mapping of processes, but also their simulation with changed conditions.
