Original language description
Most of software applications on internet is focused on the area of marketing where they are analyzed information from social networks and forums to determine the sentiment of customers about competing products. Further information harvested from internet resources may enrich such systems which are systems of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and systems Human Resource Management (HRM). Finally, these applications are used in security systems to identify people, objects and relationships. The paper describes the specifics of a three-layer architecture in these application areas.
