    In the current turbulent business surroundings, the quality plays a significant role in term of customer choice at buying a product or service. It is necessary to follow these customer preferences both in terms of the quality and in terms of the relation to the price. That means, how much a customer looks in buying at the quality and how much at the price. Social characteristics of a consumer (e.g. age, education etc.) can be in the terminology of DOE method considered as factors. The number of factors that influence the response and also the number of levels of these factors can be significant. It is therefore appropriate to test using the Taguchi DOE method, because the number of tests needed dramatically reduces. The Taguchi DOE method uses advanced statistical techniques (e.g. orthogonal systems, multi-factor ANOVA), so that the reproducibility of experiments using this method is unbeatable. The aim of this article is the explanation the process of applying of DOE method for a specific study.
