CELKOVÁ KVALITA VERSUS KVALITA PRO INDIVIDUÁLNÍHO ZÁKAZNÍKA
Original language description
The quality and benefits are important aspects for the consumers. The overall perception of the quality and benefit of an individual can be dissimilar for different reasons. In the most consumer tests, there is a comparison of the essential attributes of each product type that is ultimately evaluated from the overall functional point of view. However, the customers can have different product requirements, and based on this individual need, it is possible to state that the test winner may not be the right product for the customer. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the difference in the perception of the overall quality and the quality perceived by the individual customer. The authors of the paper are dealing with the concept of quality and the quality requirements defined by the FTA and R-FTA methods and, for example, the quality assessment of the razors, defining the difference in the perception of the overall quality and the quality perceived by the individual consumer. In the conclusion, they generalize the proposals for independent consumer organizations evaluating product quality.
