Naplnění teoretických kritérií procesní organizační struktury v praxi
Original language description
In the world where customers being carried to the top by an information age are ruling, satisfaction of their needs represents the basis of business success. Organizations make effort (in different extent) to adjust themselves to a new and quickly changing environment. However, a fast reaction to those needs cannot be provided in the frame of classic hierarchic structure; therefore, in the Czech Republic, an interest in transformation from hierarchic structure to e.g. procedural structure is increasing, too. Organizations focus on processes and teams working on specific projects. Such form of structure should lead to a demanded employees' engagement, their self-reliance as well as their responsibility for the company's results. An ability to work in team is considered the primary condition. This paper deals with procedural organizational structures. It summarizes theoretical bases of those structures' functioning as well as the outputs of the questioning, which focused on those structures' functioning in the Czech companies in 2018.
