The Compliance management from legal point plays a significant role in prevention the data abuse from information system, which are caused by the organization's employees. The implementation of Compliance management system, as part of information system of organization, represents the extension of the functionality of information system by help the tools and procedures which establish the juristic, ethical and others necessary rules in the company. The paper deals with the concept of Compliance management system, which is based on Deming's PCDA cycle, Segregation of Duty matrix matrix and database that manages authorization and authentication requirements of user's roles in processes of organization. The concept of Comliance Management systemn design is illustrated by a case study
