For any business, the correct flow of information is extremely important. The condition for the smooth functioning of today's enterprises is use of the potential of modern technologies, aimed at supporting efficient and efficient work in every department. Currently, one of the most important aspects of doing business becomes elements of logistics customer service. The success of the company on the market is mainly dependent on quality and handling. Efficient and satisfactory service significantly increases the company's prospects and can be a guarantee of future success. The aim of the article is to present modern information technologies and analyze the possibilities resulting from their use during customer service logistics processes on the example of the company.
