Original language description
Age management allows the organization to use the potential of employees at every age and thus extend their working life and contribution to the organization. In order to apply age management effectively, there is a need to set age management goals in line with the organization's strategy and to establish appropriate age management measures to achieve the goals. In this paper, we propose the use of the analytic hierarchy process and illustrate how the method of can be applied to select the appropriate measures in the selected organization.
