    Various types of nano- and micro-structures, such as security holograms and diffractive optical elements,can be prepared directly into a photoresist using direct-write optical lithography. Precise knowledge of photoresistproperties, parameters of exposure, and photoresist development time is essential to achieve the requiredstructures. In this paper, we will describe the basic design and steps of fabricating security holograms for industrialapplications.
