Preparation of sulphur doped graphitic carbon nitride using different techniques
Original language description
Contribution of the proceedings. The g-C3N4 derivatization was carried out by the reactions of bulk and exfoliated g-C3N4 with H2SO4, NH2SO3H, MeSO2Cl/Et3N, ClSO3H/Et3N and SOCl2/Et3N. Bulk g-C3N4 was synthetized by thermal treatment of melamine at 550oC and exfoliated by heating of bulk g-C3N4 at 500 oC . The most active photocatalyst was prepared by the derivatization of bulk g-C3N4 with MeSO2Cl. The 91% photodecomposition of AO7 under UVA was achieved after 2 hours.
