On Friday, February 7, 2020, the Institute of Environmental Technologies held the 9th Czech-Polish Catalytic Seminar - CzePoCat 2020, focused on materials, their characterization and use in catalysis and photocatalysis, in the premises of the NA4 auditorium (VŠB-TUO New Auditorium).The seminar was opened by prof. Ing. Lucie Obalová, Ph.D. - director of the Institute of Environmental Technology, followed by lectures by doctoral students and postdocs from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, the Marie Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, the University of Technology in Łódź, the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, the University of Pardubice, VŠCHT Prague and VŠB-TUO. In their contributions, young scientists presented the topics of their works focused on the applications of catalytic and photocatalytic processes in environmental protection and the production of renewable energy sources.
