    Coordination-regulated epitaxial growth for 2D/3D perovskite vertical alignment heterostructure

  • Original language description

    This study presents a coordination-regulated epitaxial growth method to create vertically aligned 2D/3D perovskite heterostructures. Using cinnamic acid as a ligand, the process controls Pb precursor reactivity, suppressing random nucleation and enabling structured growth. The resulting heterostructures show enhanced photoluminescence (160%), extended carrier lifetime (321%), and improved photostability. This approach demonstrates significant potential for advancing materials in energy and optoelectronics.
