Original language description
This paper deals with the utilization of the Proton Ex-change Membrane Fuel Cells (PEMFC) within energy storage system with renewable energy resource (RES). The paper provides a view onto the arrangement and functioning of such energy storage system. Special attention is paid to the fuel cell, which represents the fundamental feature of the said storage system. The paper refers to the structure of PEMFC, its losses and efficiency. The experimental section deals with long-term measurements and definitionof the essential indicators of reliability.
