Léková rezistence je častým a významným problémem u pacientů s karcinomem plic. Nádory plic mají vrozenou a získanou lékovou rezistenci,do které jsou zapojovány ATP transportní pumpy, mechanismy reparace DNA a proteiny zapojovány do buněčného cyklu.
