With the growing interconnection of economies Western workers and managers have to be aware of differences between organizational behavior in Western and Eastern cultures. This paper deals with organizational behavior in China. Not only is China a world leading economy, but they have also introduced an initiative New Silk Road - One Belt, One Road. Massive global cooperation has been planned within this initiative. Also for this reason it is necessary to gain knowledge in the specifics of Chinese organizational behavior.
